Neil has led experiences in the great outdoors for decades including work as a park ranger (Arizona) and a guide/instructor of whitewater rafting, rock climbing, canyoneering, backpacking, and mountain biking (several states in both Mexico and the US). For his first ten years in Mexico he served as director Vallarta Botanical Garden which allowed him opportunities to lead expeditions with botanists, biologists, and photographers of national and international acclaim.
